Are you ready to transform your life from the inside out? Whether your focus is healthy sexuality, spiritual growth, emotional healing, or personal transformation, or all of the above, I offer Transformational Life Coaching to support you in becoming the most aligned, empowered version of yourself. This is not just talk therapy. This is a space of deep listening, spiritual insight, intuitive guidance, and practical tools for real change.

 

My coaching draws from decades of study and practice in Sacred Sexuality and Tantra, Positive Psychology, Spiritual Mentorship, Energetic and Intuitive Healing, the Wheel of Consent by Dr. Betty Martin, and Embodied Wisdom and Somatic Awareness. You can bring any issue or intention to our sessions, sexual, spiritual, emotional, or practical, and we’ll co-create a personalized path of healing, discovery, and growth.

My Philosophy

I believe that you are the authority on your own life. My role is to help you access your own truth, your own wisdom, and your own path. As my beloved spiritual teacher taught me: “Don’t follow me. Let me teach you how to follow yourself.” With warmth, clarity, and nonjudgmental presence, I will support you in reconnecting with your inner compass and living as your authentic self.

 

Coaching Logistics

Sessions are held by phone or Zoom. They are completely confidential, trauma-informed, and grounded in consent. We begin with a Pre-Assessment Intake Session to clarify your intentions and determine whether we’re the right fit to work together.

 

Introductory Session

30 minutes -$150 

A chance to connect face-to-face over Zoom and feel into the resonance of this work.  This session is designed for those who are curious about sacred sensual healing or coaching and want to explore whether we are a good fit to work together. You'll have the opportunity to share your intentions, ask questions, and receive intuitive insight to guide your next step.

 

Initial Assessment Session 

75 minutes – $300

A full intake session for new clients who are ready to begin their sacred healing journey.  We’ll explore your intentions, history, desires, and what’s currently alive in your body and spirit. This session allows me to attune deeply to your energy and design a personalized path forward. You’ll receive powerful insight, somatic awareness, and a felt experience of how this work can support your transformation.

Single Session

75 minutes – $300

A powerful drop-in for clarity, emotional release, or support with whatever is rising in you that needs to be processed. This is perfect for new or returning clients who want to experience working with me without a long-term commitment.

A guided arc of five sessions to explore your soul, rewrite internal stories, and embody a deeper level of self-trust and sovereignty.
This package gives you the space to integrate, evolve, and stay connected to your inner truth over time.

12-Session Immersion – $2,444

12 (75 min) Session Package – $2444 

For those ready to go all in. Twelve 75-minute sessions held in sacred space, designed to unlock profound shifts in your sensual, emotional, and spiritual life.  This is a high-level container for deep healing and lasting transformation.
The number 444 carries the vibration of angelic presence, protection, and alignment. If you feel the pull, this is your path.​
